Love Suicide Update! Guild Allyship?
lol well, as you may see, There aren't any visible changes other than the fact that i updated this post right here. I might do some additions to take away from the length of the page later and split it up into other pages that hold the rest of the content. Until then, it'll be a tad long since I hardly have the time to do those kinds of updates. Getting more to the point, as you may know, my career is Web Designer and SEO Specialist. Looking at the hits this actually gets was pitiful. lol no hits for weeks on end. So I did a miniscule update to some of the code since I am at work afterall and I don't want to waste too much time. I'll work more on updating this site possibly later today. As most of you may know, I have had a meeting with the leader of Ascension. The meeting went as follows.
- We are not official allies. FN Pirates had their chance to show what they can do in contribution to them on July Wednesday 25th, 2007. I believe that our turn is on Saturday, but Pirates may very well show up as well. I need to find out how this is going to work.
- Ascension is already allied with S.T.A.R.S. and Clarity. Having Love Suicide and FN Pirates join the alliance would be incredibly bothersome seeing as how there are only 3 available spots yet clearly, we are one over that in terms of available guilds.
- For castle ownership, it goes in a weekly rotation. This covers both Wednesday and Saturday. For the first half of WoE, everyone does what they want and hopefully doesn't burn up too much supplies. When the 2nd half of WoE hits, all guilds are to be assembled and help the guild whose turn it is try and defend a castle.
- Latin Papi, Ascension's guild leader, said he would discuss it with both of his allies to see how this would work out.
- I made it crystal clear that we are not a WoE obligated guild. While that doesn't look too kindly, I don't ever plan on it being a fully WoE required guild because of the fact that we all have lives we have to tend to and hey, maybe WoE isn't your thing.
- As for forces, Ascension usually brings in 16-20 people per WoE. Latin Papi also has trouble attending sometimes on Wednesdays due to his other obligations outside of the game. Completely understandable since I made it clear as well that Love Suicide probably won't be able to attend on Wednesdays either unless Jack was to lead, but really, how many of us are on at that time? lol not like I'd know since I'm always at work when Wednesday WoE's kick off and end.
- Ascension is coincidently hilariously an antagonist of Minions of Evil, our old ally. I didn't cover the specifics as to why, but that really doesn't matter. Word from him is that they wipe the floor with Minions.
- Overall, Latin Papi seems like an alright guy and I've no objections. I haven't met with S.T.A.R.S. or Clarity yet but I will if the chance comes up.

Shu is -back- with the paid version of the site -finally-! xDD I'm so glad and i can keep my blasted div format too and avoid photoshop altogeather. Anyways, even as I post this, I'm still working on the site updates since there are still a lot of updates to make on the site. (i.e. member profiles, actual member updates, the addition of the guild flash movie, ect.) Also, as said in the forums by now, our Midguardian Idol contest is up! lol if you haven't read it then I haven't given permission for you to see it and I need for you to personally know me or else it just aint gonna happen. After a little work, I'm going to add the music player into the "Fun Links" section and also add the flash section onto the side menu bar (lol look on the left side of the screen and you'll see it following you around as you scroll. Just hover over the lil bugger.) A lot has happened since my last update guild wise. Thank you to everyone that's still here, yah? lol things get crazy sometimes and yah, thems drama for ya. xDD

Once more, I've decided to update the site to make it more adaptable so the guild message wont be so cluttered with the long forum URL. lol hopefully this serves some help to at least one person. *warning, nerd talk comming up* With this update I've changed it from the div tags that lia originally put in to a combination of div tags inside a table. So now this section here wont overlap into the image that I'm gonna be keeping there even though it's pretty out of date considering the new lineup of members in the guild. xD one of these days im gonna have to hire a lia to hawt up a new one that's more up to date, but first we'll need to get us s'more members instead of being a bunch of duplicates. There is still a -lot- of pages left to do, but I'm workin on finishing them all. eventually, I'll finally add in the flash page so you wont have to go to deviantart just to watch it (lol speaking of which, i really need to add a preloader). Also, as most of you know, I am -finally- back from the hacking that rendered my account frozen for those 3+ weeks. lol but I'm perfectly fine now and gettin back up to speed with my collections and lvling. (thank -gawd- for the red envelopes xD )

As some may know, I've been without internet for quite some time due to me moving to a completely new housing development. lol btw, this is Shu speakin. Well, apparently, to the city officials my street doesnt even exist yet. And so, I've had quite a bit of time to work on some edits and such. So I figured why not work on a white and blue theme like Leym suggested. It's just a little harder on the eyes than the theme Lia first made which is why I liked the black and orange, but I think in the very least it would make a good Christmas theme. If anyone has any problems with this one (i.e. too hard on the eyes, my script is causing them problems, ect.) then I'll change it back to the old theme or make the improvements~.
lol busy like I said, ive changed the black and orange theme to blue and white! all the text, the dividers, the picture up top and even the blasted scrollbar for those that have browsers that can interpret the script. ^^;; still working on a browser sniffer to fix those problems, but without internet it's hard to do research. Also, as some may notice (I'm not quite sure if this can be seen by FireFox users) I've added in a fancy little something on the side! xDD what can I say? I got bored. In the event that FireFox users cannot see the menu thingie I added, I'm gonna take it out and revert the site back to the layout that Lia originally put it in. (lol don't worry about bugging me to do the "extra" work cause I have backups of that layout and can easily change it again)

Shu, busy as ever has finally decided to work out one of the major quirks I've had with the forums. The constant changing of songs as you navigate through the blasted thing. lol so now ive added into the site a lil music player that soon im going to add a lil link to a place where you can download the songs. (lol well, most of them. Some of them you're gonna need my permission to play with.) I've long since forgotten the other update ive done, maybe it was more of leym's art added into his section. Hope ya like the additions I made!

lol 2:15 in the freakin morning and i decide i wanna finish Leyms art section. Perhaps before i go to sleep I'll study up on some javascript or something how to make this entire thing all scrolly and how to make .txt and .doc upload right onto the page when ya clickly since we cant just have this index page go down forever and ever. lol or maybe not cause im sleepy. btw, clickly is now a word /ok xD

After many MANY hours of work I've finally got the art section up and kickin! lol more to come as Leym has sent me smore of his artwork. Keep in mind that if ya wanna know what the specific piece of art is called, just hover over it and it'll tell ya ^^ . Next up is the Wallpaper and Story sections!

With a bit of spare time ive set up Bio pages for everyone thats on the bio page right now. When we get more people that show up and endure with us, more pages will become available. lol regretfully, no one has written up any bio other than myself. If you have'nt seen the guidelines for the bio's here's the original post stating whats to be put. Of course if you want to omit some parts that's fine as well. Cmon more hawt bio's!

Another day, another edit! It's not much considering that it's only 24 minutes into the day, but nonetheless it's an important edit. With this one (and this post may be edited more than once today) I have finished off most of the about guild link so now its not just under construction. Later on I'm going to be placing the guild info up as well for those that may be interested and such in the guild.

First actual update from yours truly, shu! I've put in a few additions to the bio's page, changed that top 200 link thing into ragnainfo, updated all the pages to link to the contact page and umm...did i do anything else? lol I'm not all that sure so yah, lots of good thingies to come! Especially after we get the bio's of the rest of the guildies!

I brought it upon myself, ( with permission by our guild leader) to redesign the website to give it a little more kick. This is just a basic layout that will soon be upgraded into something a tad more flashy. I hope that everyone can find their way around and enjoy the change. ^^
