5th Anniversary for iRO!

It's almost that time again! I'm updating a little bit before knowing anything about the event that will happen, but I have heard bits and pieces. For example iRO is finally going to have the last two character slots!! This came at a freakin great time for me since I'm making a TKM for the guild. As you can guess, the TKM is going to be focusing on leveling the guild, guildies who I feel deserve the boost in exp gain (sorry, but I can't just level anyone and everyone that comes into the guild. Security purposes.)
Oh and that's just the beginning. Resplendent, one of the leading people at the moment at distributing information before it's formally announced, has posted up that two new headgears have been loaded into the patcher. Are these two new items kafra shop items or are they quest items? Personally, I'm going to wager kafra shop. The cowboy hat just reminds me a bit too much of the original cowboy hat and what happened with mage hats.

Either way, a lot of people are stoked about it. I know I am. I've yet to complete the Love Suicide contest for this month in the appropriate forum thread, but at the moment to the best of my knowledge, Mike is leading the point boards. Regardless, I'd like to remind that 2nd and 3rd prizes aren't too shabby. Another thing I'd like to point out is that everyone that gets at least 0.1 of a point wins a prize at the end of the contest. lol I'd like to apologize at how long it's taking me to distribute the prizes for last month, but I've been kinda busy lately. I'll give/mail prizes out today! Well, most of them. I still need an embarrassing interview of the 1st place winner for last month.
I've formatted a lot of the previous posts to have an anchor for easier reference and sometime in the near future, I'm going to make an archive page. Not like the one we have now, but it'll have access directly to every post I've made for easier reference. Also, I'm going to have to ask Mike, Neko, Kirawr, Elbea and Justin for a bio. lol It doesn't need to be too detailed, just look at any of the current bio's (mine specifically) and you'll see a bit more on what I'm looking for. I figure you five have been here a long time and deserve one of your own. xD Exactly when I'll have those pages live is a different story....Shu is so lazy.

Well, as most if not all of you have noticed, RO has been acting up for me lately. Connection wise that is, but now I'm in a new apartment and on Monday I'll have a brand new connection. lol Right now I'm kinda mooching off someone elses connection...but shhh...don't tell. I'd like to thank Neko for yesterday taking it in her hands to lead in my stead. I really thought I'd have more time in my old apartment to get WoE completed, but alas, that was not the case.
In news of the contest, Kirawr is the winner! I'm gonna have screenies and whatnot when she's able to come back on due to her RO client messing up. Still gotta wait for it to download for her. Prizes however for the contest cannot be distributed until Monday the 2nd due to this being a mooched connection, I can hardly even connect to RO at all. But now is a good time since it's the first of the month to announce the next contest! The prize will be smaller due to my limited funds, but it'll be a little easier to get points. lol Though, just posting in a thread was easy points as it is.
Rules are basically the same as the previous contest. There are going to be some modifications though. As such:
- For each new recruit picked up, you gain three (3) points if they are both over lvl 40 by the end of the months time and if they either show good attendance and associate with others or attend 2 WoE's or more. Saturday being preferred, but Wednesday will do as well if it can be shown they went. (Via spoken word from neutral party or via 2 screenies or more) If the recruit leaves directly after the 2nd WoE, points will not be valid
- If WoE is not a possibility for the recruit or undesired by them, good attendence and chatting with others gives one (1) point.
- For each 100,000 experience contributed towards the guild by you, you gain half (0.5) a point. If your recruit makes 100,000 experience towards the guild, the recruit gains half (0.5) a point and the recruiter gains one tenth (0.1) of a point.
- When you bump the recruitment thread in the iRO forums you gain two tenths (0.2) of a point. This can only be done once a day as we can't over-bump any particular thread in that forum too much as a single individual. lol But do give it at least 1 hour between bumping from the last persons bump. So do pay attention to the time on the last post.
- Attending a full WoE will net you one and a half points (1.5).
The prize for 1st will come out of my alt account's cart. Keeping in mind that the things in that cart are equips. And -lots- of them.
The things in the different colored boxes have different restrictions explained below. Keep in mind this is only if you manage to get 1st place this time around. Obviously I photoshopped two screenies together to make that one picture. lol I do draw the line on what I give out of that cart though. the X'd out ones are obviously not on the choice list.
- If you pick something from the blue boxes, you can only choose one item.
- If you pick someting from the red boxes, you can choose two items.
- If you pick items not in the boxes, you can choose three items.
2nd place gets to choose one item from the red boxes and 3rd place gets to choose one item outside the boxes. lol Holy hell, this is a lot of typing. So help me if this doesn't save I'm gonna go crazy. xD So stay gold everyone and....

Making It Count!

I'd like to say thank you to those that are still here and recruiting for Love Suicide. As you can see, I'm back to the whole RO business and I'll have all your prizes ready on the 30th. lol But do keep in mind I'll be a tad busy with the moving to the new apartment. And just in time because there's apparently a rat running around the room and we don't know where it went.
Now I'd appriciate it if the recruiters of the new people to the guild would say who was recruited by whom so I can distribute points appropriately. lol Kirawr is in the lead so far, but there's always a chance to take it back. If you recruit someone, tell me. If you want your guild tax changed to try and win it that way, just ask.
The iRO Loki server as you've seen is shakey especially in the prontera area. I'm sure you've all seen the vendors move to geffen, so if you need to get your shopping done, that's where to do it. For any of you that are interested in the Tooth Blade [1], I've tested it out. It's really not worth much below +9. As for +9, I don't have one to test, but it might be a bit more useful. I'll try to muster one up for future testing.
Last announcement. This week is Love Suicide's turn to try and hold so I'd appriciate it if as many people attended as possible on Saturday. lol So help me I'll do everything I can to attend that day. But as I've said, I'm moving to a new apartment on the 30th, so on the 1st (which is that Saturday) I may be in the new apartment without internet. As this may be the case, I'm giving leadership to Neko and if Neko is not able to attend, Kirawr has the floor. Please give them the attention you would give me. So stay gold everyone and....

New Alliance, WoE Turns and Saishu's Take of Leave

There are some changes from last post that need to be addressed. As you read, we were supposed to have allied with A Holy Sin, but that obviously didn't happen for those that are in the WoE branch. Right now we are allied to FN Pirates, Kakumei and Phobia. Out of good faith, I gave our turn to Phobia since it was their first run. The new lineup is as follows:
Kakumei -> FN Pirates -> Love Suicide -> Phobia
But wait, why is our turn past FN Pirates? Well, during the 24th when our turn was going to be rescheduled, most of us are going to be gone. I've cleared this with FN Pirates and Kakumei. Phobia has already had their turn, so they're content. Now as to where I'll be going along with other members of the guild, we're going to an anime convention! It's Fanime!
Now as for my take of leave, about the first of the month of June I'm going to be moving out of my current apartment and going to a new apartment. So Love Suicide will be Shu-less for a little while until I get internet again. This time it'll be better. Much better. xD Since this time, I'll have a direct connection to the internet instead of this crap wireless I have now. In any case, I'm hoping that you'll all talk to each other and associate with the guild and alliance while I'm gone. Now if there'll be a contest extension or cutoff point due to my absense at the contest end time, I think I'll have to do an extension. I'm sorry, but yah. Only time you can find me then will be on my phone or while I'm at work.

Alliance, Site and Contest Update

So far the contest has been going amazingly! Every one of the new recruits have added to the awesomeness and now we've got only a few more spaces left. So far Kirawr is in the lead, but that is, no one has taken advantage of the post on the iRO forums that you can bump for points! xD Whyyyyy?
With the site, I've updated Lia's bio so now it at least says she's back. xD Good thing Oxen told me about it. I never would've remembered otherwise. No other site updates besides this post.
Now issues with the alliance. I'm sure some of you might be confused as to exactly what happened. Well, on Saturday the 3rd of May, FN Pirates, Kakumei and Love Suicide took Ascension out of the alliance. This was all discussed on the Saturday before the 3rd. We felt that he was trying to lead what wasn't his and that he had a elitist attitude. I'm sorry to the members of Ascension that we left without word to them, but staying in an alliance with Latin was too much. When it gets to the point where you and your guildies praise someone for yelling at an alliance leader, it's time to step away and find someone new.
I will admit, this was done in poor taste. It was discussed over the weekend that we were going to leave with respect and talk about it before leaving (but the leaving would definently happen). This was not the case. Over the week, we had never been able to catch him on at the same time as myself and Atsu (leader of Kakumei). So the meeting was put off more and more until Saturday the 3rd rolled around.
Now due to someone (I won't say their name out of respect since they may not want others to know) rushing through it, we booted them out of the alliance 20 minutes before WoE. That's right, 20 minutes. I'm not entirely without fault either. I should've at least given them a day's time to find someone else.
If you're wondering who our other guild in the alliance is, it's going to be A Holy Sin. I still need to talk it out with Epyon as to why we haven't allied yet, but as soon as we get together, we'll ally up. Also, Escapist has been supporting us as well. They're going to be somewhat of a supporting guild if they happen to be in the area and we're trying to hostage a castle. Now this should go without saying, but in the event that you see them in WoE, do not attack them. Swoll and his guildies sometimes even pop on vent. Odds are, if they're in the area, they'll tell us.

Contest Modifications

o_o Dang, this idea of mine may be my best one yet. lol I'm going to add one more condition to earning points for this event. It won't be hard at all, I promise. The below link is to get to the thread in the forums where the point listings are. So far Kirawr is the only one with points, but with the new conditional I added, the rest of you should be able to gain points as well. Again, I will stress that no matter your point standing you will win some prize at the end of the event.
The Point Listing Thread
There are some modifications to existing conditionals and they're shown by being bolded within the list. The 4th conditional is entirely new. To get points, one has to do the things below:
- For each new recruit picked up, you gain three (3) points if they are both over lvl 40 by the end of the months time (really, I should say 45, but I'll make it easier) and if they either show good attendance and associate with others or attend 2 WoE's or more. xD I'm glad I thought of this event. No one however seems to be doing the 3rd conditional. If anyone is at all wanting to do that and gain exp for the guild (either guild is fine really. Contest 2.0!

Well, This is going to be an ongoing project that I'm going to keep going as long as I can. But keep in mind that this specific jist of a contest ends in 1 month. As you know, there are still spots in the two branches that are available for new recruits. lol Especially in the WoE branch sad to say. In the next month (ending date is going to be May 30th, 2008) I'm going to be holding a contest for recruitment!
lol Yah yah, I know it sounds lame. But in the long run (and short run come to think of it) it helps you and I out in more ways than one. The prizes will range from Yggberries to +7 stone bucklers. xD The stone buckler is going to be the reward for the conditional stated below:
For the next month, the person that earns the most points in the contest gets...well...a +7 stone buckler. I figure pretty much anyone can use one, so bam. That's what the prize will be. If you don't plan on equiping it, I know for a fact they sell off for at least 4.5m. So if you plan on selling it but don't want to vend it, I'll vend it for ya since usually my shop has some extra spaces for vending.

Big Changes On The Way

Well, I'm sure that most of you know the events that have been happening lately, but I will keep that private for the time being until they are completely out there and 100% implemented. For those of you that do know, please keep the information to yourselves that was discussed on Saturday on the 26th.
lol I paid for just one month on this site, but I'll be doing yet another year with this hosting sometime soon. So the previous warning that the site was going down is now nill.
Hoping you all got the most of the 2x exp event, I know sure as heck I'll be leveling my linker up for a bit of improvement to the alliance buffs. I'm hoping that the B.S. Sacramenti that I have will be of more use next WoE. xD Honestly though, if no one is hitting us with magic, I don't mind.

Possible Downtime and WoE Notice

Shu speaking again~. lol Well, time caught up with me, and apparently I've forgotten to pay for the site xD I may very well do it today and have this mess sorted out, but there might be a bit of downtime. And by a bit, I mean a lot. Because if the hosting reverts back to its "free" version, I'm going to lose a lot of files. Which is by all means very bad.
More on topic about RO and WoE and such, I'm going to be saying this later on, but I want to say it again now. When we get to a specific castle that the WoE leader has chosen, do not go inside. Instead wait outside of the door. It's no good at all if we are going in one at a time, yaknow? Plus some complained that they got no buffs at all. Running inside before people have a chance to catch up will not help that. If you need buffs at the door, put a chat up saying so, but please be polite about it otherwise I won't blame them later on when you say they never buffed you.
Overall for the guild, there's been a lot of growth lately! xD I might actually have to hire a guild lvl'er for the main branch to get it to the next lvl for those 4 other spaces. lol Would'nt that be a sight. xD A pure forge with recall. lol But don't worry, main branch will always be for just hanging out now.
Here's to hoping my connection here at home gets better and that I can pay for the guild site before horribile things start happening!

Site Update and Rally

With absolutely no help from my hosting support, I finally got the Shuplayer working on the site! lol Believe it or not, even with all the songs on it now, it's only about 1/3rd of the way complete. I've got a lot of songs on the server. Of course, any requests you have will be considered! Just so you know, the buttons on the bottom of the player (listed from left to right) are the shuffle toggle, playlist repeat, and crossfader buttons. Keep em in mind if something in particular in default settings bug you.
Next week, it's Love Suicide's turn to try to hold! Thanks to everyone who showed up during FN Pirates turn, the numbers we've had then were really our best ever and I really hope we have a repeat of that next Saturday. lol Of course, I've got a lil trick up my sleve for next WoE and you'll just have to see what it is for yourself. If at all possible, I would like all of our priests within the alliance to have Ventrillo open. If not to talk, then just to listen to the needs of those that are fighting and stay with the group.
^^;; Sorry to everyone for not giving out a prize to someone at the end of WoE, I guess I got a little antsy since I was the winning bidder in an auction for a card, but I never did get word back from them. Next WoE, three people will recieve 2 Yggberries each and the other attendee's will get 75 Fresh Fish. xD Sorry if it doesn't seem like much, but I'm not the richest person you'll find, plus I do supply for the guild beforehand. Shuplayer Testing

Well, as you may have noticed, there's a new little addition to the site! xD It's the Shuplayer! The only problem here is that I'm guessing my hosting doesn't support .RBS filetypes. Thus, why no music is showing up or playing. I am trying to work things out with them, but alas xD I forgot the password to my email account and now I gotta wait til I get home to see their responce.
For the most part though, I think I'm getting closer to the Shuplayer being up and working. If any of you know, this is actually a Radio.blog application, but as we all know, I pretty much have to add the "Shu" part to it since well....I'm Shu. lol If it doesn't pan out, ooh well, I'll just keep looking for other things and possibly new hosting if this company can't support a simple filetype. I really don't want to have to change hosting because that'll just take away from all the rank building I've done over these past years. xD Curse my SEO Tech ways. Day of the Update!

For Sakray at least. Those of us on Loki will have to wait just a little bit before we have the new content. I hope everyone that uses a homonculous remembered to save their custom AI before doing anything. If you haven't, do it now. Because when you do the full update, your AI will be replaced.
lol Also, beware of the April Fools going about today! xD Doddler has already started his and it freaked me out for a bit before I realized it was a joke. Don't worry, the calculator and database are still available.
I'm going to start looking up different things to allow a PHP media player for the guild to use on top of the official downloady thread for music. Which is possibly going to be an embed onto the side just below the links. Of course, there's going to be a lot of music available just like before. I just gotta upload everything to the correct areas and whatnot. I'm still not done working on this site. lol Regardless of how little people look at this, I'll continue to work on it.
Oh yah, speaking of which, my co-worker enlightened me of the overflow: scroll; function in CSS. This is originally how I had planned for the site to look xD well, at least in terms of content in the form of these updates. Again, if you know any good free PHP related players I can embed onto the site, please tell me, ne? Only thing i can think of at the moment is Radio.Blog, but I'm not entirely sure I wanna use that. I don't even remember how it looks, but I remember my lil sis using it before, so I know it won't be difficult to figure out and use. I'm just not sure on the interface. Of course, the more anime oriented, the better I say. xD I really gotta put pictures in these posts to give it a little more visual effect. Clearing Up

Well, apparently Kakumei's leader was heavily misinformed. If for any reason (which I doubt) my post caused any trouble, I apologize. I would hope that Kakumei's leader would apologize as well, but I've yet to speak to her on the matter yet. The matter hasn't been discussed between any guild leaders since and will brought up at the next guild leader meeting.
Which brings me back to the note in my March 25th post. Any ideas would be greatly appriciated! lol Most the time, alliances make their alliance name after their initials, or some generalized theme between the guilds. Any ideas are appriciated in the forums!
Again, it is still Ascension's turn to try to hold this week. Anyone that can come would be greatly appriciated in the fight~! I think that's all for now. lol So stay gold everyone and....

Alliance Issues

How coincedental that so soon after I made that update to this site that I find out some very important information. It was discussed just last night between me and Kakumei's leader of what had happened recently. Apparently the leader of Ascension has been going behind our backs trying to recruit people from within the alliance into his guild. While I know that anyone within LS hasn't gone through with this, this is a forewarning that odds are if he finds you leveling, he may try to get you.
It was also brought to my attention that Latin Papi [leader of Ascension] has been having talks with Wolves of Geffen asking for their cooperation with WoE. The leader of A Holy Sin found this out and that's how the leader of Kakumei found out since they're friends of several years going. This matter is going to be taken up most likely during this upcoming Saturday (which funny enough as I've said, is their turn to WoE).
Not the smartest move he could've made and while this isn't the official word on the matter, we may be looking for a replacement for Ascension. Any single WoE guild anyone can think of that is looking for allies would be greatly appriciated if brought up and will be brought up by name at the next guild leader meeting. Being that this is a serious matter of betrayal ever-so-soon after the last guild leader meeting over merging, my guess is that Ascension was trying to establish dominance over us and then go to Wolves of Geffen.
lol Of course, I guess he did'nt take into account that none of us are impressed by just a lvl 9 guild. In the time that I have when I'm not shopping, I'm working on our chemical protection/berserk pitcher slave. This I believe will help out the alliance greatly when it's 100% operational. It'll take quite a bit of work, but it'll pay off in the end.

Recent Meetings and Episode 11.3

Now for any of you that frequent the forums at all, I'm sure it's no surprise to learn that Sakray is going to be getting the update for 11.3 soon. Of course, that means that us on the main servers are going to be getting it shortly afterwards! New equips, new cards, new dungeons, WoE 2.0 and the mercenary system! I don't know about you all, but I'm happy to get this since it means it's one more step closer to the update that allows us to slot the equips that we have been thinking were all but useless.
Anyone in the guild I'm sure you have already heard of the discussions of the alliance being merged into one guild. Due to Kakumei not wanting to at all, this plan isn't going to happen. Which I'm perfectly fine with. It's their guild and they have the right to keep it that way. lol From what I've heard, if we did merge, it would either be me or Latin Papi being the leader of the newly formed guild. Of course, it causes problems to begin with such as space and such.
Also, there seems to be somewhat of a confusion to the order of the turns for guilds in the alliance and holding order. The order is as follows....
Love Suicide ----> FN Pirates ----> Kakumei ----> Ascension
This upcoming Saturday WoE is going to be Ascension's turn, so as you can see, the following week is our turn! I'd also like to ask anyone to help with the recruitment (lol I've left my stalker AFK in payon today which in reterospect isn't a good idea since I forgot about maint xD ). The more people we have, the more likely you are not to be bored! Also, depending on how parties happen, I'm going to be on my stalker a little bit more. But I'm easy to reach with a simple PM to Jah Shujin if I happen to be on that character.
I'm also accepting ideas on what to call our alliance. lol I don't think it needs to be said we've been together for quite some time and even though we may have had little spats at times, we're still together. We're not as big as the other alliances out there, but so help me we've endured. And gotten 2 castles at that (3 if you count Pirates win, but the alliance wasn't there xD ). lol Well, I'm sure most of you have heard already, but our ally FN Pirates have a castle in Payon now. This happened during Wednesday's WoE and from what I've heard, Devistryke held it by himself against Konoha. xD I wish Fox could've been one to hold as well, cause I sure as heck want a shot at the new castle drops that are now available. Makk better be giving Devi some major cuts into the castle drops since Makk wasn't even WoE'ing that day. xD Good thing I lent Devi my Ice Pick, ne?
Also, I'd like to thank the people from our guild for coming onto vent. No matter how little you have to say, the more people, the merrier. Get to know your allies so you can get more out of the game, ne? With 50 spaces in the vent server we have available, we won't be running out of space anytime soon. Now hopefully we can get more people to come on to talk. xD There are several different channels, so if one is too crowded, you can always go in another.
Also, as a bit of news that is already on the Love Suicide forums, you can read up about the new 20 stat point reset service. There is a time limit to how often you can do said service, but people are still hyped up about it. I know I will be since I can actually -save- my knight so he can actually lvl again xD All I gotta say is thank you to Gravity for not making this a full stat reset.
Also, make the most of the Easter Event Quest while it's still out! If you're in the guild and in need of supplies, mail, PM, or just straight up tell me that you need some. Now obviously, I won't be supplying your entire accounts worth of characters, but having one character take advantage of this quest is definently worthwhile. Remember that Battle Manuals from the Kafra Shop effect the amount of experience you get! xD Thanks to this, my smith is finally lvl 82. That's it for now, so stay gold and....

Association Between Branches

Well, I'm sure it's no surprise to any of you that the Vent server we typically use has been down for quite some time. All I can say to this effect is that you can either find the info offered by a FN Pirate guild member or to wait it out like most of us are. If you need the information, Fox is the only one at the moment who has it (or of course the owner of the server, but I can never remember his name ^^;;; )
Now on another note, you'll notice I haven't been on for a long duration of time lately. lol I assure you I've no intention of quitting so early. Most of you already know of the wicked headaches I've been having which are probably related to personal problems of mine, but I'll be back later tonight for the haul since I've got some preparations for Saturday's WoE due to it being Pirates turn and all. xD That and my boss wants to get me drunk tonight. Hopefully not -too- drunk.
Again, I'd like to ask as many of the guild members to hop on Vent whenever possible. I know we need a bit more association between the WoE branch and WoE-opt branch to help keep people from running out of things to do or people to talk to. lol I really wish they'd allow a guild chat that linked together with other guilds. Information on Holding Turns

For those in the alliance that are confused as to whose turn it is next week, I'll fill you in on what's up. No, it's not our turn to hold this week. In spite of Latin's consent, it was not FN Pirates turn on the Saturday. While it was somewhat considerate for Latin to pass the turn on, it was with not enough time for the Pirates to prepare their defence. The conditional was that Pirates could have the turn if 4 or less of his people showed up since he was hosting something in his life.
For the ones that have showed up for consecutive WoE's, I'm going to be trying to get you more prepped for it with some equips and of course the usual supply of items. If there's something that you think you need, post it on the forums and depending on your attendance, I'll try to get it for you. lol Do keep in mind that it may take me a bit of time as market is horribly down at the moment for Marc and Thara Frog cards. Of this week's Saturday, it will be FN Pirates turn to hold. I would appriciate it if as many as you could show up to help pay back the hospitality they showed us when it was our successful holding. Finally I've made this blasted site compatible with IE! lol Took a bit of time on my part to update all the pages and clean up some links and whatnot. I mean wow, I really overlooked some things....like I kinda forgot to correctly link to the iRO main site xD oopsies. The only thing I have to do now is to update all of the pages (eventually) to have them all be valid strict XHTML. Might take quite some time since this has quite a few errors, but ooh well. Sometime when I have the time.
Well, now that everything is compatible and whatnot, time for me to take a blasted break from fixing this site up xD only for a bit. Now to get back to actually playing RO again. Forge-ho! Stay gold everyone and....

In any case, for those of you that go on vent with me (which is a few of you) you know that there is a serious size limit that is a definite problem during WoE and sometimes during off times as well and it can really disrupt the person whose letting us use his server. Big thanks to Big~Swoll from Kakumei by the way.
As most of ya know, I hardly ever do anything with my money. So when I have the spare money (lol I still have to pay for this site first xD there's $100 out of my pocket) I'm going to look into getting a vent server that can hold at least 30 people at once. Maybe 50 at the very most. Now I know Kalitas from Kakumei has offered hers which can hold about that many, but I want something that's mine. Depending, I may rely on hers for awhile since no one is really using it. She hasn't given anyone the info, but I'm thinking we'll move there if she does. If only for awhile.
Now if I could buy you all headsets, believe me, I would xD it'd be so much cooler to have a voice with a character sprite, but whacha gonna do? In any case, I hope for us all as two guilds to interact as one guild since some from the main branch don't have characters in the WoE branch. If at all possible, I'll support some of the more dedicated. @__@ The office is closing, so that ends this update!

Saishu Hane speaks once more! Well, I've added the bio's for both Azrael-Fox and Negami. Negami has been in the guild for a long long while whereas Fox hasn't been in all that long, but he's taken position as the Co-Leader of the WoE branch of Love Suicide. lol You can pretty much scratch what I said in the post before this one as I've found that no one stays after 6:30 here at my work.
In completely unrelated news, I now have a kid! In RO that is xD so don't go jumping to conclusions. From here on, I'm going to try to keep this updated as much as I can with updates and such within the guild like events and whatnot. lol At the moment, I'm broke from trying to make that combat knife and excalibur, but just you wait! I'll have something fancy planned xD until then, stay gold everyone and....

Well, I finally have the blasted site updated. This is pretty much all I can do in ways of guild interaction for today and tomorrow since I've got work until 9:30 on Monday and Tuesday (today and tomorrow). Of course, not barring the guild forums (which I've fixed the link Negami xD so thanks for the heads up).
In the way of guild development, it seems that both guilds are pretty much full to the brim. Of course, there are some inactives that may be replaced due to well...how inactive they've been. Usually I don't have a problem with this, but no notice has been given as to why they're inactive. All of the loot that we recieved from the castle in Britonia has been sold off and now only the funds from a single chainmail remain to be divided between the attending woe'ers. ^^;; I'm sorry Mike, but attending only the first hour of WoE and cutting out to go to Sairai won't get you a cut of the loot when we hold again. Either the final hour or the entire WoE will get you (or anyone else for that matter) a cut.
As you may know, iRO is running a poll as to the WoE 1.0 and 2.0 times. Vote however you want, but I'm personally up for options one and four. lol I'm actually supposed to be working right now, so yah, I hope someone finds something they like from this now-completed site. Stay gold everyone and....

More Fixes and Temporary Leadership Notice

Lol completely forgot to update the listing to show the stories listing. Also, if anyone else wants their story up as well, I've no problem with making a few extra html's to publish it for you. On my breaks at work, I'll work on completely fixing the site and possibly updating the music player on the site as well. Any non-PHP based music player application that anyone knows of is greatly appriciated. Until then, I'll just update the one that I already have (it's non-operational at the moment).
More on matters to the guild, Saishu Hane and Jah Shujin are stepping down for the next few days (maybe just one, I'm not sure how this'll all go). Why? xD Because it's my birthday soon and I'm gonna have my party today! Which will end up with me incredibly drunk and hungover the next day. Until I return, Azrael~Fox (or his alt, Azrael-Fox) is going to be leading the WoE guild to accomodate for our allies. Please give him the attention you would give me, ne?
xDD I have no idea how, but the WoE branch is almost full. It's really making me rethink the entire "getting battle orders first" thing before another level in Guild Extension. Talk with one another! xD It helps, trust me. I'd do the same, but well, you know. The thing I just mentioned. Lol I think that's pretty much it for this update.

Site Fixes

A few pages have been updated as well as some images. lol While I can say I fixed em, I can't very well say I updated them. The guild movie needs some serious updates, but I'll work on that sometime much much later. Still no fix for the whole IE issue. Then again, I've been kinda lazy in that aspect. Also, I'm going to encourage Love Suicide guild members to come onto ventrilo if at all possible. Helps everyone keep in touch with the whole multi-guild issue.
Not much else to mention, just that I'm working on a few character projects to help the alliance as a whole. Hopefully this comes into great use as soon as possible. So yah, hopefully enjoy the site with which any opinions would be appriciated. Stay gold everyone and...

New Design!

^^;; It's been quite some time since I said I would do an update, hasn't it? Well, as you can see (if not, just refresh, yah?) I've done a bit to the look of the site. xDD Also as you can see, it slipped my mind and I kinda uploaded some files without completing the entire project. xD At least the navigation works, right? So bear with me as I try to fix the entire lot of it.
Aaaand also, if you're using Internet Explorer to view this, I don't gotta tell you this looks like crap. @__@ I've got no fix for it at the moment. So pretty much this is another push for people to convert to using Firefox. xDD So yah. I'm not sure how long a fix will take for that.
There's more people coming into the guild and alliance, and other than that xD I don't know what else to update about. But I will be making an update soon. Until then, stay gold everyone and....

Saishu speakin once more~. Lol then again, I seriously don't know anyone that would take the time to update this thing. Hell, I'm only updating due to the fact that our server at work has halted like real bads. Anyways, I've been alternating between my stalker Jah Shujin and the smith Saishu Hane over the past few weeks and trying to recruit as I vend and such. Ryu managed to get a taekwon into the guild, but he left one day without any reason. Can't be helped I suppose.
It'd be a major help to all of us if the guildies would try recruiting. Preferredly people you know and trust. Guild hoppers....yah, we'll be dissapointed in the end with them as we put some hope into them. Even new people are cool to find. As you may or may not know, I've also been lvling my aco slave on my other account. Depending on the needs and the people needing, I might consider making that slave account of mine up for guild use. Of course, only to select people. I.E. Dress, Ryu, Jack, Mike, Negami.
Well, also, for any non-guildies reading this. If you're interested in joining either Love Suicide or our branch WoE guild of the same name, then you can contact any of my characters and I would like to think this would apply to any of my guildies as well. WoE Branch is Born

Well, as you may or may not know, the WoE branch guild has been decided and is now recruiting. I should really do a bit more recruiting ingame, but I think for now a simple GR> kinda thing in my guild title will suffice for now since I'm trying to make something of my char all over again. So far I've got just one recruitment thread running in a forum other than our own. Perhaps I'll do the same for other forums when I'm not so lazy.
As for an update to the site, whadayaknow, I'm actually going to make a second page with the older update notices on em. Should'nt be that much of a pain to deal with. But I'm also going to start thinking about new redesigns for this site. Perhaps I'll think up one today why not. lol then again, that's well around a full days updating so I'll prolly save it for some other day. Maybe next week if I find myself in the same situation of vending with nothing to do since not being able to even afford npc fish. Anyways, off to make that other page as an archive!

Lol, kinda late for me to be saying "I'm back", but yah, I've been back ever since Friday of last week. Due to the horrible connection RO is putting us through, I took it on myself to update the site why not and post this up. As soon as the connection is better for me to go with someone to bio2, I'll get the exp needed for the guild and then move onto the other plans.
Update? Just what I did for the past few hours? Lol, well, remember that music player link on the side? Yah, that's the one. Well, I added every song from the shuplayer downloady thread onto the player so now it plays about 110 songs in total. As I am sure I said before, the player will only ever work in Internet Explorer. For us Firefox users, kinda tough for us cause I really wanted to put in a flash and PHP based player, but there are a set of files that just are not compatible with the hosting I'm on right now. Lol, but yah, the shuplayer got a lot of work put into it. Not nearly as much as it really needs cause its background image looks terrible right now.
So yah, I'm back and tryin to make a lil z 'fore I do my transing xD pretty soon I'm hoping to go into recruitment for that plan I've mentioned before. I'll mention it later on when everything has been fully decided. Til then....

Not much time now left to go until the final days until I can finally return with my own internet connection in my own place. Lol as you can tell, I haven't exactly been keeping this thing updated, but maaaybe that'll change once I get that connection from the guy who I'm renting from. Majority of what's been going on has been plastered throughout the forums, but it's all too varied.
I've given it some thought as I've said and I am going to be making that branch guild. The methods in which I am going to do such will not be put publicly, but is stated in a special hidden forum only available to those I give permission. Lol but odds are, the only ones that would actually read this are already "in the know". The fact that they brought up multi-clients will help I'm sure with my ability to do my vending and my lvling. Though I certainly don't want to go and concentrate on any second account when my main account is not exactly where I want it to be. xD I might make one just so I can pass things between my chars a tad more easily.
If at all possible, I'd like all the remaining guildies that have stayed in the guild while I was gone to post at least one tiny tidbit in the forums before my return. On an unrelated note, I'm considering buying a new URL that's just...way easier to remember than saishuhaneandjah.4t.com . Lol cause I mean cmon, I'm pretty sure no one has liked that URL ever besides me in terms of security. Of course as you may know, I do work as an SEO tech and I know that the longer the URL, the worse it reflects in search engine rankings. I'll turn off the nerd talk now. xD mostly cause my shift is almost over and well, I'm not about to stay here any longer than I really have to. Oh oh, on another note, I'm also gonna think of a complete redesign of this site.

Missing again! Or rather kicked out of the house again. LS is very well going to be shu-less for awhile besides the forums of course. Since I have more time on my hands now I can try coding the updates and whatnot of this site by hand. I also noticed through the reports i have the site give me that it's doing a tad better. lol keep in mind I never said it was doing -great- or anything. It's still pretty bad. xD ironically, my name promotes much more others than it does even for this site and the forums combined.
Within the next few days or so, I'm going to try to work on the site to make it not as intimidating as a wall of text. Hell, I may even completely redesign it if I ever get my hands on Dreamweaver again. Until I get back, try to keep it all kinds of good, yah? I'm hoping to see the lot of you there when I come back. Course if you aren't there, I'll understand. Everyone gets bored eventually I would think.
Also, I'm going to try out Jacks idea of making a branch WoE guild. The only things I'm worried about are:
- Possible lack of attendance
- The fact that I can't be in two guilds at once at the same time. Unless I bought 2 computers and made a 2nd account.
- The name of the guild that's going to be coming. I have some ideas, and I want a major say in it, but I don't want the decision to be entirely mine.
lol but right now I'm at work right now and I really need to get back to doing what I do best here so I can get my freakin paycheck at the end of the week xD baibai for nows all!
